Guy is the other strongman you use during the game. Like Aguro, he can do a great amount of damage, but has no magic capabilities. He is the third warrior who accompanied Maxim to defeat the Sinistrals. Guy managed to escape Doom Island, and lived to be over 100 years old... just old enough to meet the Hero, and learn that the Sinistrals have returned. Despite the objections of his nurse, he lept up and grabbed his sword, ready for battle, and promptly died of overexertion. The advice the Hero managed to get from Guy, however, proved invaluable, and the weapons Guy left behind as well. Guy's final service to help defeat the evil gods was to tell the Hero the location of Artea, the now last survivor of the first Battle of Doom Island. |
